I’ve always loved expressing my imagination through art and design. Over the years, I’ve found new ways to bring that creativity to life.

I started Just Mousey for my granddaughter, to create special moments of coloring and story time together. It’s just a bonus that other children and families can enjoy the books too. Because this is a hobby and not about making money, I’ve priced the coloring books as low as I can on Amazon, so more children can experience the fun.

As a single mother for most of my children’s lives, I learned the power of imagination and perseverance. Now, married with three grown children and one very special granddaughter who lovingly calls me Yaya, I find inspiration in family, my dogs, and the simple joys of life. I live in a rural area in northern Missouri, and during the winter months when life slows down, I pour my creativity into developing new books, a cozy way to explore imagination and share it with others.

I’m the author of Penny the Mini Weenie Plays at the Park, Little Layla the Figure Skater, and Little Louise Visits Dauphin Island, along with a growing collection of story coloring books where children can personalize the story by adding their own names. I also create bold, simple design coloring books for all ages, perfect for anyone who enjoys relaxing and coloring.

Though Just Mousey started as a hobby, every book is made with love, imagination, and the hope of bringing joy to families everywhere.
